Link guide

Link tracking and click analytics

See who clicks your links, where they are, how they found them and when — without adding anything to your website.

What Orbis Link measures

For every link and for your whole workspace: total clicks, unique visitors, QR scans, clicks over time, countries and cities, referring websites and apps, device type, browser, operating system, language, and the busiest days and hours.

Numbers you can trust

When a link is pasted into WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn or Facebook, those apps fetch it to build a preview. Many shorteners count those as clicks. Orbis Link spots robots and preview fetchers and leaves them out of your figures.

Compare channels with one link each

Give your newsletter, Instagram bio, Facebook advert and printed flyer their own short links pointing at the same page, and tag them with the campaign name. A glance at the links list shows which channel worked best.

Export and report

On Pro and Bulk, export every link and every click to CSV for spreadsheets and client reports, keep two years of history, or pull figures into your own dashboards with the API.
