Terms of Service

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms apply between you and Orbis Digital Ltd (Company No. 17116737, registered in England and Wales) when you use Orbis Link. By creating an account you agree to them, to our Acceptable Use Policy and, where you process visitors’ data through Orbis Link, to our Data Processing Agreement.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by people you invite. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

2. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in pounds; no VAT is added while Orbis Digital Ltd is not VAT registered. Plan changes are charged or credited pro rata. If a payment fails we will try again and may move your workspace to the Free plan if it is not resolved.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. We do not give refunds for part-used periods unless the law requires it. You can delete your workspace at any time.

4. Your links and content

You keep ownership of your links and data. You give us the rights we need to run the service, such as storing your links and redirecting visitors. You must have the right to use any domain you connect.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may disable links, suspend or close accounts that break it, without notice where we need to protect people.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Orbis Link running all the time, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, except where an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. We may change features, giving notice of significant changes.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

8. Ending the service

We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously break them. When an account closes, links stop working and data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If we change these terms we will post the new version here and tell customers about significant changes by email.
