Upgrading

Workspace owners can open Plan & billing, choose monthly or yearly, pick a plan and tier, and pay securely by card through Stripe.

Changing plan

Choose a different plan or tier on the same page. The change happens straight away and the difference is charged or credited pro rata.

Invoices and card details

Press Invoices, card & cancellation to open Stripe’s secure billing portal, where you can download invoices, update your card and change your billing email.

Cancelling

Cancel in the billing portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period, then the workspace moves to Free. Links on orbd.uk keep working; links on branded domains pause until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the next few days and we email the workspace owners. Update your card in the billing portal to keep your plan.
